For in-store purchases, payments can be made via bank transfer or POS. We do not accept cash payments.

2. Delivery Policy

All ready-to-ship orders are processed and dispatched within 24–72 hours after payment has been confirmed.

Please note that custom-made wigs, special orders, and bulk orders require additional processing time and may take 7–14 business days before dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please carefully review our return and refund policy below:

• We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items purchased online.

• Returns are not accepted for items purchased in-store, as customers are given the opportunity to inspect products before purchase.

• Refunds are only available for orders that have not yet been processed or shipped, excluding custom-made orders.

• Custom-made wigs, personalized orders, and bulk orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced.

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging intact.

• Approved returns may be exchanged for another product of equal value or store credit where applicable.

• Zioms Hairs International reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
